This is a really good place to stay. The rooms are clean, and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, as well, they have knowledge of the surrounding areas to assist you with directions and, or recommending things in the area. Very easy access from multiple roads, which also allows for easy access to several transportation routes. They also offered a few smoking rooms if you want. They have a large parking area which can accommodate boats and trailers or whatever you have. Makes a great place to stay if you are going to Rays Town Lake, close to several gas stations so you can top off on the way to the lake. The only thing I do want to say it is an older motel but the furniture, beds have been recently replaced and as I stated the rooms are clean and cared for. If you are in the area and looking for somewhere to stay, check it out for your self. I know we will be back.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, smoke free, and beds were soft and comfortable. The mattress and box spring looked brand new, which gave me even more peace of mind. The heating and cooling unit was easy to use. This place is dog friendly too! Great place to stay, especially for the price.
Just a bit of nostalgia. I used to travel with my Dad every Tuesday and Wednesday during the summer. He was a truck driver and we stayed here every week. I have great memories and FYI the oval flower bed in the front used to be a pond with huge goldfish, 50+ years ago
On first glance, the rooms are dated. Look further.... great sized room with fridge, tv, microphone and space to easy or do work. Had massaging shower heads. Water is hot! Rooms are clean! It's an old-fashioned motel that really works well for traveling. It's close to the fairgrounds and the lake. Priced reasonably! Give it a try!
The only hotel I've ever had a recliner in the room. Totally unexpected but appreciated since I sleep better in the chair. Very nice staff. Good location. Good rates.
Great place if you're just looking for a comfortable place to sleep. Rooms are small, but again, if you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower, it's the perfect place for the money. Furniture is updated, and beds are soft, not hard or firm, and very comfortable. They do need to offer more pillows, though. They give you 2 and they are small. When I went to get 2 more, they had run out. He had just given out the last 2 spares. There is a nice little refrigerator and small microwave that works great and is clean. There is no daily room service, so don't expect your bed to be made daily or your towels refreshed. I would recommend it to anyone just looking for a clean comfortable safe and quiet place to sleep and shower.
Very clean and quiet. Excellent friendly and accommodating staff. This where I stay when fishing for Stripers at Raystown Lake. I've stayed there in the past and will continue to stay there whenever I am in that area. I highly recommend!
Well taken care of rooms clean , beds comfortable and clean . Staff was very accommodating. Pleasant stay. I have stayed in the comfort inn and believe I had a much better stay here. Have dining and out take so close also make it convenient. I think if the restaurant was open they would have a full inn. Thank you again for the pleasant stay
